Simulation and Analysis of Two Area System Comprising Wind and Conventional Energy Sources

This paper explains the working of two area system and comprises wind power plant and conventional power plant. In this work the two area power system is further analyzed under load and wind speed perturbation. It is shown that when these perturbations are applied to the system then the system frequency is resorted after some time interval by de-loading the wind turbine. The whole system is designed and simulated in MATLAB software.
